The nurse I saw this morning (8:00 am 19th June 15 room 19) was very helpful and empathetic.
She listened and gave some very good advice and acted immediately. I never felt fobbed off.

Friendly approachable staff who are genuinely helpful.

Recently I experienced from a Doctors Secretary more than was expected from her. She went out of her way to help me make appointments with consultants and I appreciated her help with this.
It goes for without saying excellent care from my regular Doctor during trying times for me
Regarding appointments I do believe we can email the Surgery but haven't followed this experience personally

Dr Jawad is brilliant need more female doctors.

A lot could be improved, getting appointment when ill is very difficult, and non existent.
Staff could be more helpful.
Time scale for running over in seeing Dr is not acceptable.
Not very clean surgery.
Rubbish on floor and split seats.
